Pacemaker Implantation

The implantation of a pacemaker device keeps track of the constant beating of the heart. The secret behind pacemaker implantation lies in the small electrical impulses that help in the contraction of the left and right ventricles.

Our qualified professionals perform either CRT-P or CRT-D based upon the patient's condition. Before performing pacemaker implantation, our nurse uses sedation and anesthesia to get used to the procedure. A small incision point in the upper chest makes sure that insertion of the pacemaker device takes place.

Three lead wires are directed through the vein back into the heart. The doctor attaches these leads to the implanted pacemaker. The device implanted gets done in the surgery followed by tying up of incision point.
